4. Event Day Coverage: We arrive early to scout the venue and lighting. During the event, we cover all the key moments as per the brief, as well as capturing the candid atmosphere.

5. Post-Production: We carefully select and professionally edit the best images from the event, ensuring they are vibrant, well-composed, and tell a compelling story.

6. Image Delivery: The final edited images are delivered via a secure online gallery, ready for you to download and share.

Yes, a shot list is essential for event photography. It ensures we prioritise capturing the moments, people, and details that are most important to you.

This might include specific speakers, award recipients, sponsor branding, key guests, and particular activities. We will work with you to develop a comprehensive shot list before the event.

We come equipped with professional-grade cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment suitable for any environment. We are highly experienced in working in challenging lighting conditions, from dimly lit conference halls to vibrant evening receptions.

We use a combination of ambient light and discreet on-camera or off-camera flash to ensure your images are bright, sharp, and atmospheric, without disrupting the event.

Our event photography is typically priced based on the number of hours of coverage required and the number of photographers. We offer packages for half-day (up to 4 hours) and full-day (up to 8 hours) coverage.

Our pricing includes the photographer(s) time on-site, professional editing of the images, and delivery via an online gallery. We provide a clear, all-inclusive quote with no hidden costs. Travel expenses may apply for events outside our local area.

Our standard turnaround time for event photography is 5-7 working days. We understand that you may need a selection of images more quickly for social media or press releases.

We can provide a small selection of highlight images within 24 hours of the event upon request.

The number of photos delivered depends on the nature and length of the event and the number of photographers.

For a typical event, you can expect to receive approximately 50-70 professionally edited, high-resolution images per hour of coverage. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring every image delivered is a valuable asset.

Yes to both. We are fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.

We also always carry a full set of backup equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, batteries, and memory cards) to every event. This ensures that in the unlikely event of a technical issue, your event coverage will continue without interruption.

We understand that events can sometimes overrun. We are flexible and can stay longer if required. Any additional time is charged at our standard hourly overtime rate, which will be clearly stated in our agreement.

We will always confirm with you before proceeding with any overtime coverage.
