We can provide a small selection of highlight images within 24 hours of the event upon request.

How many photos will we receive?

The number of photos delivered depends on the nature and length of the event and the number of photographers.

For a typical event, you can expect to receive approximately 50-70 professionally edited, high-resolution images per hour of coverage. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring every image delivered is a valuable asset.

Do you have insurance and backup equipment?

Yes to both. We are fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.

We also always carry a full set of backup equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, batteries, and memory cards) to every event. This ensures that in the unlikely event of a technical issue, your event coverage will continue without interruption.

What happens if the event runs longer than planned?

We understand that events can sometimes overrun. We are flexible and can stay longer if required. Any additional time is charged at our standard hourly overtime rate, which will be clearly stated in our agreement.

We will always confirm with you before proceeding with any overtime coverage.
